Isabella has completed her 1,000 hour massage training from Finger Lakes School of Massage in Mount Kisco, New York, and is licensed in Connecticut and New York. She has B.A. in Environmental Humanities with a focus in sculpture from SUNY Stony Brook University and is also a certified personal trainer. She has loved of working with her hands and has always had an interest in health . She pursued massage therapy in September of 2018 and fell in love with the work. She studied Sports Massage, Shiatsu, Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, Traeger Therapy, Polarity Theory, Medical Massage, Hydrotherapy, and Connective Tissue Therapy. She likes to incorporate Myofascial Release techniques, Shiatsu, energy work, and traction/passive stretching in her sessions.
As an avid believer in symbiotic relationships, she believes all aspects of our lives influence each other. Being creatures of habit, we sometimes fall into the same feelings, thoughts, and physical habits on a regular basis. Some habits maybe having a negative impact on our mind and body without us realizing it. Her goal is to relieve any holdings we develop from these daily habits. She wants to help bring balance to others’ lives, and help her clients feel good on and off the table.
Outside of the massage room, Isabella enjoys staying active, creating art, and spending time outdoors.
